At Home,
On Your Terms.

Quiet, private support for older adults living independently—with peace of mind for the people who care about them.

Older adults want to keep living in their own homes, following their own routines and making their own decisions.

Their families want to know they're doing okay between in-home care visits.

Griswold and Lifeguard are working together to help address both needs.

The Lifeguard service is now available and involves a few small plugs placed around the home. It quietly senses the normal rhythms of older adults’ daily lives at home and looks out for changes in order to provide additional information that helps support their care and independence.

There are no cameras, no microphones and nothing to wear, charge or remember.

The good news? This service is already part of your Griswold in-home care.

Older adults stay in their homes. Their routines stay theirs. And families can worry a little less.

For Families

Peace of Mind Without Constant Check-Ins

You can't always be there for your loved one, but Lifeguard can provide an added layer of support and awareness between visits. It quietly notices shifts in your loved one’s daily routine—without cameras, microphones or anything to wear or remember—so Lifeguard can notify designated contacts when something meaningful changes.

Your loved one keeps the privacy and independence they value, while you gain greater confidence and peace of mind. Their home stays their home. And they stay part of the decision.

How Lifeguard Works

  1. Simple plugs are set up in the home by Lifeguard.

The setup is quick, easy and discreet. No tools or complicated equipment are required.

  2. Lifeguard learns the normal rhythm of the home.

It senses household movement patterns—things like when someone is up, moving around and sleeping.

  3. Meaningful changes can be noticed.

When patterns change in ways that may matter, Lifeguard's trained agents and licensed nurses review what they're seeing.

  4. The care team can check in.

If a meaningful change needs attention, Lifeguard alerts the designated contacts in between in-home visits to determine the appropriate next step.
